摘要
中国给三个运营商发出了TD-SCDMA、cdma2000和WCDMA三张牌照,这在全球是独一无二的。中国3G建网已成三国纷争态势,各家都想多占点领地。由于当前TD实力相差悬殊,有可能边缘化。必须积极完善和落实各项扶持政策措施,才能加快TD的发展。因此,在国家六大扶持政策的基础上本人又提出了七项补充建议。
Chinese government has issued three 3G licenses for TI）-SCI）MA,CI）MA2000 and WCDMA to three Chinese operators. It is an unique event in the world. These three operators compete construction of the 3G networks vigorouslyoAll of them devote to occupy more parts in China. Owing to the TD is more weaker than the other two, it may occupy only the fringe part. So the government must adopt some support measures to help TD to accelerate its development. Therefore I give seven complementary suggestions on the basis of six support policies of our goverment.
