摘要 智能交通系统是地面交通运输和管理的主要发展方向,是解决日前交通需求与交通供给矛盾的有效途径之一。借助计算机视觉、图像处理技术,实时交通流量检测系统已成为现代城市智能化交通监控系统的一个重要组成部分。本文简要介绍了基于视频的交通流参数检测的常用方法,以及检测系统提取的主要交通流参数。 Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is the main direction of the development of the ground transport and management, which is one of the effective methods about solving the inconsistency between the modem traffic requirement and supply. In virtue of computer vision and image process technology, vehicle flow detection system has become one of the most important parts in intelligent transport control system in the modem cities.This article briefly introduces common methods of vehicle parameters flow detection based on video and mainly calculated vehicle parameters.
