摘要
针对300MW、600MW大容量四角切圆燃烧锅炉水平烟道内烟温偏差的现状,用数值分析的手段对炉内和水平烟道内流场进行了计算,得出炉膛出口残余旋转造成了炉内左右侧烟气流动图谱不同,从而进一步引发水平烟道内烟温偏差的结论,并根据数值计算得到的炉内和水平烟道内流动特性,指出检验人员在现场进行锅炉内部检验时应注意的环节。
In this thesis, numerical simulation is carried furnace and horizontal pass of 300MW & 600MW Tangentially out to investigate the flow characteristics in the Fired Boilers which the flue gas deviation exist seriously. The simulation results show that the residual swirl on the outlet of furnace bring about the flow charac- teristics difference in the left and right side of boiler furnace, and this difference creates the flue gas deviation in horizontal pass finally. Based on the simulation results, this thesis also indicates some key points during the interior inspection of this type boiler.
