龙门吊大车行走机构轴承失效分析

某龙门吊大车行走机构轴承发生早期粘附磨损失效,通过初步判断轴承失效形态,分析轴承制造质量、加工质量、装配质量、润滑质量,对比分析先后投入使用的4台龙门吊轴承润滑情况及失效时段,确定轴承失效原因为润滑不良,并制订对应措施予以改进。

Bearing of running mechanism of a gantry crane occurred early adhesion wear and failure.By the initial judgement of the crane and analysis of fabrication quality, processing quality, assembly quality, lubrication quality and comparative analysis of bearing lubrication and failure period of the other four gantry crane which has put into use, the reason of bearing failure was due to poor lubrication,therefore,the measures to improve its operation have been taken.
