An analysis of a vacuum boiler explosion accident shows that the boiler is of risk of explosion, rather than ultra-safe and only one kind of energy-saving boilers. Therefore the manufactures of the boiler shall pay more attention to safe design and quality control as much as the pressure boiler＇s. The boiler shall be under the supervision and inspection of special equipment of AQSIQ, meanwhile the industrial standard related shall be established as soon as possible.
