双截止型安全阀快速切换装置组合排量的模拟计算与试验 被引量:1

摘要 对于安全阀快速切换装置中的双截止型三通切换阀的内部流动进行研究,基于k-ε湍流模型,运用流场计算Fluent软件,计算分析了双截止阀内部流场及装置的组合排量系数。进行了切换装置组合排量系数的试验测试。通过计算仿真结果与试验测试的对比研究,表明双截止型安全阀快速切换装置具备足够的备份泄放能力。 In order to study of internal flowing of three-way changeover valve, one kind of safety valve quick crossover device, the software package FLUENT is adopted during this research which is based on the k-ε turbulence model. The multi-coefficient of discharge is calculated through analysis of the flow field. After contrasting the results of discharge test with calculating data, the conclusion can be reasonably drawn that the valve has enough spare relief capacity.
