摘要
超声波探伤除了确定工件中缺陷的位置和大小,还应尽可能判定缺陷的性质。不同性质的缺陷危害程度不同,例如:裂纹就比气孔、夹渣危害大得多,因此,缺陷定性十分重要。本文对目前超声检测技术中缺陷定性评定所应用的主要方法进行了综合介绍。
In addition to identify the location and size of deficiencies by ultrasonic, the other determination shall be as much as possible. Different types of defects shows different damage, for example, damage of crack is more serious than pore and slag' s, therefore, it is very important to determine the nature of a defect. In this paper, it shows the main methods on defects assessment of ultrasonic technology for now
