摘要
本文依据GB/T 19624—2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》标准,对材质为NK—HITEN610U2L的1000m^3轻烃球罐首次开罐检验中发现的埋藏缺陷进行科学合理的分析,阐述了该缺陷对球罐安全运行的影响,并对此球罐的安全运行提出了建设性的意见。
According to Gt3/T 19624--2004 《security evaluation while using pressure vessel contains disfigurements》standard, the paper analyses the disfigurements that was found in 1000m^3 sphere tank （made of NK-HITEN610U21） of light hydrocarbon by first inspection. The analysis shows that the disfigurements shall influence the tank operation securely; meanwhile the suggestion is put forward as far as running of the tank.
