应用皮瓣修复手部重度热压伤的围手术期处理

Treatment Experiences in 120 Patients with Severe Thermos Injury of the Hand

目的探讨应用皮瓣修复手部重度热压伤的体会。方法采用各种皮瓣转移修复手部重度热压伤,术后尽早给予综合性康复治疗。结果采用各种皮瓣转移修复手部重度热压伤患者120例,手术效果满意。结论根据不同的创面选择相应的皮瓣修复,术后尽早给予综合性康复治疗,可最大限度地恢复手的外形和功能。

Objective To research the experience of using the skin flap repaired severe thermos injury of the hand. Methods Using the various skin flaps repaired patients with severe thermos injury of the hand. Postoperation patients were used all-around healing treatment early. Results Using the various skin flaps repaired 120 patients with severe thermos injury of the hand. The operative results were satisfactory. Conclusion Different skin defects wound of severe thermos injury of the hand need to be repaired using different skin flaps. Using all-around healing treatment of postoperation patients helps to achieve good recovery of the function and appearance of the hand to the greatest extent.
