早期手术治疗严重粉碎性跟骨骨折的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Severe Comminuted Calcaneal Fracture with Early Operation

目的评价早期手术治疗严重粉碎性跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对34例47足严重粉碎性跟骨骨折给予一期植骨,跟骨钛钢板进行开放复位内固定手术治疗。结果本组病例随访0.5～4年,平均10.8个月,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间2.4个月。并发症:切口延迟愈合3例,感染、皮肤坏死各2例。优良率89.4%。骨折全部愈合。结论早期跟骨切开复位钛钢板内固定髂骨植骨是治疗严重粉碎性骨折的较好方法。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of severe comminuted calcaneal fracture with early operation. Methods Fourty six feet of severe comminuted calcaneal fractures were treated by one stage bone grafting,plastic calcaneus titanium plate.according to Sanders classification system,28 feet were of type Ⅲ and 18 feet of type Ⅳ. Results All cases were follow up for 0.5 -4 years,all cases recovered with good healing of fracture, the excellent and good rate was 89.4%. There occurred 3 delaying healing, 2 infection and 2 necrotic skin of incision,3 malunion, 1 talus inferior arthritis, 1 calcaneus pain. Conclusion It is a good procedure for early the treatment of severe comminuted calcaneal fracture with bone grafting,open reduction and internal fixation of plastic calcaneus titanium plate.
