直接穿刺引流导管在经皮硬化剂治疗体腔内囊肿的体会

Study in Percutaneous Sclerosing Agent Therapy for Body Cavity of Cyst with the Straight Pricking Drainage Catheter

目的探讨直接穿刺引流导管在经皮硬化剂治疗体腔内囊肿的价值。方法回顾分析2007年1月～2008年3月在B超引导下采用直接穿刺引流导管经皮穿刺无水酒精硬化治疗体腔内囊肿23例的疗效、安全性。结果单纯性肝囊肿10例、单纯性肾囊肿5例、卵巢囊肿8例、成功率99%,有效率98%,无出血、感染等并发症。结论B超引导下采用直接穿刺引流导管经皮穿刺无水酒精硬化治疗体腔内囊肿安全、有效、经济,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the value of the straight pricking drainage catheter in percutaneous sclerosing agent therapy for body cavity of cyst. Methods We analyze retrospectively the efficacy and salety of straight pricking drainage catheter in ultra-B-guided pereutaneous ethanol sclerotherapy in 23 cases with body cavity of cyst from January 2007 to March 2008. Results Simple liver cyst in 10 cases,5 cases of simple renal cysts, 8 cases of ovarian cysts ,the success rate was 99%, the effective rate was 98%, no complications such as bleeding, infection,et al. Conclusion Straight pricking drainage catheter in ultra-B-guided pereutaneous ethanol sclerotherapy for body cavity of cyst is safe, effective, economic and worth promoting.
