肱骨干骨折不愈合的原因及治疗体会

Study of the Etiology of Non- union of Humeral Shaft Fracture and its Treatment Methods

目的探讨肱骨干骨折不愈合的原因和治疗方法。方法对肱骨干骨折分别行常规切开固定及加压外固定器固定。结果肱骨干骨折患者未发现髓内针松动、拔出、弯曲或断裂,骨折均达骨性愈合,肩关节和肘关节功能优良率95.5%。结论采用切开固定和加压外固定方法简单、愈合良好,值得在基层推广。

Objective To analyse the etiology of non-union of humeral shaft fracture and explore its treatment methods. Methods The data of 67 patients with humeral shaft fracture were treated with conventional open fixation and the fixer with longitudinal physiological pressure fixation. Results Patients with humeral shaft fracture did not turn out intramedllary needle loosing,extration,bending and breakage;shaft fracture got the standard of bone union and the fineness rate of joint function reached 95.5%. Conclusion The treatment method for humeral shaft fracture patiens is not only simple but healed well. So it is worth for basic extension.
