国产管状吻合器和缝合器在胃癌全胃切除术后消化道吻合中的应用体会

Domestic Tubular Stapler and Suture-total Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer in the Digestive Tract after the Application of Anastomosis

目的评价国产管状吻合器和缝合器在胃癌全胃切除术后消化道吻合术中应用的安全性及有效性。方法自2002年1月～2005年1月行胃癌全胃切除术32例,均用Roux-en-Y方式重建消化道,使用国产吻合器和缝合器进行食管-空肠(端-侧)吻合及空肠-空肠(侧-侧)吻合。结果全组吻合过程均顺利,术后无吻合口漏,吻合口狭窄,无手术死亡。结论使用国产管状吻合器和缝合器在胃癌全胃切除术后消化道吻合术中应用具有安全,方便,价格低廉,可反复使用多年,值得在基层医院推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy circular stapler and suture-total gastrectomy for gastric cancer in the digestive tracanastomosis after the application of safety and effectiveness. Methods From January 2002 to January 2005 gastric cancer total gastrectomy 32 cases were used Roux-en-Y gastrointestinal reconstruction methods, the use of domestic and stapler stapling esophagus -jejunum（side-side） anastomosis and jejunum-jejunum（side-side） anastomosis. Results Group anastomosis process smoothly, after no anastomotic leak,anastomotic stenosis,the operative no mortality. Conclusion Domestic tubular stapler and suture-total gastrectomy for gastric cancer in the digestive tract after anastomosis in the application of safety,convenience,low prices can be repeatedly used for many years,it is at the grassroots level to promote the use of the hospital.
