In-depth Analysis of Blood Group Test and Transfusion Reaction Examination

血型检查是否准确直接关系到患者的生命安危,笔者从工作实践中总结出此项检验项目的工作要点,即判定血型用的抗体血清必须完全符合要求标准,以及检测时的注意事项;同时介绍交叉配血试验和输血反应检查过程中的工作要点,包括中止输血,将残血和输血用具送检、复查血型及交叉配血试验等措施,并分析产生问题的各种原因,供同仁探讨、借鉴。

It is directly related to the patients lives that whether the blood group test is right or not. So in this paper,the author summarized some important work points of this testing item from his own work experience. These are：the antibody blood serum which justifying blood group must totally meet the standard and what kind of matters we should pay attention to during the blood group test. At the same time,the author also introduced some important work points during cross matching of blood process and blood transfusion process. These points are：ceasing blood transfusion;testing the remained blood and blood transfusion apparatus;retesting blood group and doing cross matching blood experiment,and analyzing the reason why the problem arising during the process for my peer to discuss and study.
