医院信息化是高性能计算机、医疗信息资源和IT技术的有机结合。信息化是可持续发展的必由之路和高级阶段,可持续发展是信息化的根本目标和首要原则。要使医院各个部门、各级人员充分利用医院内部的各种信息,并实现院内的信息共享和决策需求与院外的信息交换,就必须建设好医院信息网络。信息化建构既要量体裁衣,又要符合可持续发展的要求。本文从可持续发展的角度探讨综合性医院信息化应用过程中人才培养、系统建设与信息技术等方面的重要性。

Informationization is a combination of high-performance computers,information resoures and IT technology. The fundamental goals and principles of the primary of informationization is sustainable development and Informationization is the only way and final stage to make the sustainable development come ture. Only after enhanced the information network in hospital,can each section and Staff at all levels make good use of every information in hospital and realize information sharing even exchange decision-making needs with other hospitals. Informationization construction need to be planed and fit the requirements of sustainable development. This paper from the sustainable development point to probe into the importance on how the informationization application general hospital cultivate talents and deal with the system construction and information technology.
