平片无张力疝修补术在基层医院的应用体会

Plain Film Tension-free Hernia Repair at the Grass-roots Hospital Experience

目的探讨平片式无张力疝修补术在基层医院腹股沟疝治疗中的临床应用价值。方法采用美国Gore公司的膨体聚四氟乙烯组织补片行无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝45例。结果全组病例切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后3～7d出院,随访至今无复发。结论平片式无张力疝修补术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快及操作简单等优点,是治疗腹股沟疝的理想术式,适合基层医院推广。

Objective To explore the film tension-free hernia repair inguinal hernia at the grass-roots hospital treatment in clinical application. Methods 45 cases with inguinal hernia were operated with American Gore＇s expanded polytetrafluoroethylene patch organizations（e PTFE STP） line of tension-free hernia repair. Results All cases uniform incision healed, discharge after 3 to 7 days, follow-up no recurrence so far. Conclusion Film tension-free hernia repair with less trauma and pain was recovery rapidly and simple,the treatment of inguinal hernia is the ideal method for hospitals to promote grass-roots level.
