全厚皮片在颜面部、功能部位肉芽创面中的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Full Thick-ness Skin Graft in the Granulation Wounds of Face and Functional Position

目的观察全厚皮片修复颜面部、功能部位肉芽创面的效果。方法颜面部、功能部位肉芽创面彻底清创,清洗后,切取上臂内侧、腹壁全厚皮片移植于肉芽创面上,10～12d打开荷包缝合并拆线,随访6～12个月。结果除颜面部1例皮片近口唇处边缘有血运障碍,其余皮片成活良好,6～12个月后外观及功能理想。结论全厚皮片修复颜面部、功能部位肉芽创面是一种简单、效果好的方法。

Objective To observe the efficacy of full thick-hess skin graft in the granulation wounds of the face and functional position. Methods The granulation wounds of face and functional position were cleaned up utterly, then transplanted the full thickness skin graft of the belly on the granulation wounds,after 10 ~ 12days removed the suturt,and visited after 6 - 12 months. Results 1 case occurred blood supply compromise of the full thickness skin graft edge near the mouth, others were fine,and the appearance and function were fine with 6 - 12 months follow-up. Conclusion The full thickness skin graft in the granulation wounds were simple, safe.
