过敏性紫癜患者IL-18、VEGF水平的研究

Study on the Levels of IL-18,VEGF in Patients with Henoch-schonlein Purpura

目的探讨IL-18、VEGF在过敏性紫癜患者中的应用价值。方法采用固相酶联免疫分析法检测75例过敏性紫癜患者血清IL-18、VEGF水平。结果过敏性紫癜急性期患者血清IL-18、VEGF较健康对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而过敏性紫癜缓解期患者与健康对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05),过敏性紫癜患者IL-18与VEGF呈正相关。结论IL-18、VEGF可能参与过敏性紫癜血管炎的发病,IL-18、VEGF的检测与过敏性紫癜病情发展有一定关系。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of IL-18 and VEGF in Henoch-schonlein purpura（HSP） patients. Methods An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was utilized to detect the levels of IL-18, VEGF in serum of 75 patients with HSP. Results Statistical analysis showed that the serum levels of IL-18, VEGF in HSP were significantly higher than those of healthy control respectively（P 〈 0.01 ）, while there was no significance between recessive HSP and healthy control（P 〉 0.05）. Furthermore,levels of IL-18 were correlated with VEGF. Conclusion IL-18 and VEGF might play an important role in the pathogenesis of HSP,and they are associated with the disease activity of HSP.
