开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Treated by Fenestration Cord Nuclear Enucleation

目的观察后路开窗髓核摘除术治疗侧方突出型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对于侧方突出型的腰椎间盘突出症经后路开窗髓核摘除术治疗并随访1年以上的腰椎间盘突出症患者87例进行手术后近期及中期的JOA评分,观察其改善率。结果术后近期优良率为87.50%,中期优良率为89.58%。结论对于侧方突出型的腰椎间盘突出症后路开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,适合临床广泛应用。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of lateral prominent type lubar intervertebral disc protrusion therapied by fenestration cord nuclear enucleation. Methods 87 patients were analyzed. These patients treated by fenestration cord nuclear enucleation and followed up over 1 year. We observed the JOA scores of NTPP and MTPP and their improvement rate. Results Fineness rate of NTPP was 87.50%,fineness rate of MTPP was 89.58%. There was significant curative effect. Conclusion There is significant curative effect on lateral prominent type lubar intervertebral disc protrusion therapied by fenestration cord nuclear enucleation. It is supplied in clinic widespread.
