正常妊娠期心律失常动态心电图分析

Holter Analysis of Normal Pregnancy Arrhythmia

目的对照观察正常妊娠期妇女和同龄非妊娠期女性24h动态心电图监测结果,分析常见心律失常的发生几率,为临床提供参考。方法采取直接分组比较研究,其中对照组为健康非妊娠同龄女性。结果正常妊娠期妇女24h平均心率及最快、最慢心率均较对照组高;发生房早及室早的几率较对照组大;但偶发早搏、室上性心动过速的发生率两组出现几率无显著差异;室性心动过速的发生率两组均较低。结论对孕妊娠期心律失常应区别对待。

Objective To compare and observe 24-hour Holher monitoring results about normal women during pregnancy and the same age women non-during pregnancy. Analyse occurrence probability of common arrhythmia,for clinical reference,Methods With directly ,comparative study. The control group is non-Pregnancy Health for the women of the same age. Results Normal women during pregnancy 24-hour average heart rate and the fastest,the slowest heart rate were higher than the control group;Occurred probability atrial premature beat and wentricular premature heat was more than the control group;but occurred probability of occasional atrial premature beat,supraventricular tachycardia,there was no significant difference. Occurrence probability of ventricular tachycardia in the two groups were lower, Conclusions Pregnancy arrhythmia should he treated differently.
