Effect Evaluation of the Management of the Model of Alternating Occupational Supervision in Jinshan District

摘要 目的探讨交互式协作管理模式在金山区职业卫生管理中的作用。方法选取3个乡镇150家企业进行交互式协作管理模式的试点,用χ2检验比较试点1年后企业职业卫生自我培训率,体检率及职业危害因素检测率的变化情况。结果试点1年后,试点企业的职业卫生培训率从试点前的14.67%上升至试点后的42.00%(χ2=27.60,P<0.01),健康检查率从试点前的67.30%上升至试点后的95.85%(χ2=2035.44,P<0.01),职业危害因素检测率从试点前的64.28%上升至试点后的77.10%(χ2=42.07,P<0.01)。结论交互式协作管理模式能较好地适应金山区职业卫生管理运行要求,值得进一步推广和应用。 [ Objective ] To evaluate the effect of the management of the model of alternating occupational supervision in Jinshan district. [ Methods] The model of alternating occupational supervision was conducted in 150 factories which sampled from 3 towns for one year. The change of the rate of self study, the rate of physical examination and the rate of detection for occupational risk factors were evaluated byx^2 test. [ Results] After one year, in experimental factories the rate of self study increased from 14.67 % to 42. 00 % (x^2 =27.60, P 〈 0.01) and the rate of physical examination increased from 67.30 % to 95.85 % (x^2 = 2035.44, P 〈 0.01) and the rate of detection for occupational risk factors increased from 64.28 % to 77.10 % (x^2 =42.07, P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] The model of alternating occupational supervision can meet the requirements of occupational health management operation in jinshan district and the model is worthy of being popularized for more factories.
