摘要
目的对某造漆新厂建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,提出相应防护对策和管理措施,保护劳动者身体健康。方法应用现场职业卫生学调查法和检测检验法。结果该建设项目选址、总平面布局、采光、照明、通风、辅助用室等均符合国家相关规定,具备完善的防护措施和管理措施。生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有二甲苯、汽油、丙酮、硫化氢、乙酸乙酯、噪声等。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合职业卫生相关要求。
[Objective] To evaluate the control effect on the occupational hazards in construction project of a new paint manufacture factory, identify the harmful factors and the harmful degree in the operational place, and advance the protective measures and the management of occupational health. [Methods] Spot occupational hygiene investigation and detection of occupational risk factors were applied. [Results] Contents of the project including site selections, the overall layout, lighting and illumination, ventilation and the facilities of auxiliary rooms were up to the standards of the relevant national rules and regulations. The protective measures and man- agement were perfect. The main occupational hazard factors existing in this project were xylene, gasoline, acetone, hydrogen sulfide, ethyl acetate and noise etc. [Conclusion] The control effect on occupational risk factors basically meets the relevant requirements of the occupational health.
