新标准下某单位高温测量结果分析

Analysis of Measurement of Heat Stress under new Standard in A Unit

摘要 目的通过对某用人单位作业场所高温的测量与分析,确定高温作业岗位,加强高温作业场所防护工作,保护劳动者身体健康。方法采用职业卫生学调查法、现场测量法、分类查表法进行测量分析。结果该用人单位油漆车间挂钩岗位湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数平均值为31.3℃,摘钩岗位WBGT指数平均值为30.8℃,甩漆浸漆岗位WBGT指数平均值为30.9℃,喷漆岗位WBGT指数平均值为30.4℃。结论该用人单位油漆车间挂钩、摘钩、甩漆浸漆、喷漆岗位为高温作业岗位。这些岗位的平均WBGT指数均超过WBGT限值。应采取相应措施对高温作业工人进行防护,防止中暑发生。 [ Objective ] To confirm the position of heat stress, strengthen the protective measures and protect workers health through measuring and analyzing on heat stress in the employing units. [ Methods ] Field investigation, field measurement, classification look-up table of occupational hygiene was adopted to conduct analysis. [ Results ] The average of WBGT index in the workplace of paint for the post of pothook was 31.3℃, 30.8 ℃ in picking hook , 30.9 ℃ in paint throwing and dipping, 30.4 ℃ in paint spraying. [ Conclusion] Pothook, picking hook, paint throwing and dipping, paint spraying were the posts for the heat stress in the workplace of paint. The average WBGT index in these positions exceeds the limit of national standards. Corresponding measures should be taken on the protection for workers with heat stress exposure to prevent heat stroke.
