摘要
目的探究一起群体性食源性疾病的病因。方法依据GB/T4789-2003、GB15984-1995、GB17012-1997、GB16002-1995进行调查和致病菌检测。结果7份患者肛拭样品检出鼠伤寒沙门菌,检出率33.3%;8份厨房工作人员肛拭中,5例检出鼠伤寒沙门菌,检出率62.5%。结论结合流行病学调查、临床资料和实验室检测结果进行分析,确认该次食源性疾病由鼠伤寒沙门菌所致。
[ Objective] To investigate the pathogen of a tbod-borne disease with group character. [ Methods] The investigation and detection of pathogen were based on GB/T4789, GB15984-1995, GB17021-1997, and GB16002-1995. [ Results]7 patients (33. 3% ) were detected Salmonella typhimurium in Anal swab samples; of 8 anal swab samples from kitchen staff, 5 (62.5% } were detected Salmonella typhimurium. [ Conclusion] Combination analysis of epidemiological investigation, clinical data and laboratory test results verify that this food-borne disease was induced by Salmonella typhimurium.
