摘要
目的了解莱芜市高中教师心理状况,为提出心理干预的有效措施提供科学依据。方法以分层整群抽样方法,抽取城乡高中教师426名,采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行心理测评。结果14.55%的高中教师存在中度以上的心理卫生问题,依次为人际敏感、强迫、抑郁、敌对和偏执。结论高中女性教师心理健康水平相对较低,应采取有针对性的心理教育及干预措施。
[ Objective] To understand the mental health of high school teachers in Laiwu city, and provide scientific evidence for proposing effective measures of psychological intervention. [ Methods] Stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to select 426 high school teachers from city and countryside. SCL 90 symptoms self-rating scale was used for psychological evaluation. [ Results] 14.55% high school teachers had moderate or severe mental health problems in sequence of being interpersonal sensitivity, forced, depression, hostility and paranoia. [ Conclusion] Female high school teachers have a relatively low level of mental health, targeted psychological education and intervention should be taken on them.
