摘要
目前,用异种动物细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)构建人工食管以促使自身食管再生,正成为人工食管研究的新方向。我们用猪小肠为原料制取天然管状ECM,再将多层管状ECM套叠在一起,制成ECM人工食管,并与人工缝制的ECM人工食管相对照进行动物实验研究。结果表明,管状ECM人工食管在食管再生和重塑方面均优于人工缝制的人工食管。
The use of extra cellular matrix (ECM) of xenogenic animals to promote esophagus self-regeneration has been researched to be the new direction of artificial esophagus re-building. Tmdifionally,ECM harvesting is accomplished through incision and artificially re-sewing of the ECM material. We created a system in which the ECM from pig small intestine was harvested in a tubular manner,without the need to created an incision or artificially re-sewn the ECM.These harvested ECM was layered together to created a concentric,multi-layered,multi-tubular ECM. The study used animal model to compare the rogenerafion and remodeling capacities between the traditionally artificially sewn ECM with our new multi-tubular ECM. The result indicate that the multi-tublar ECM is superior to the artificially sewn ECM in terms of regeneration and remodeling capacities.
