摘要
目的研究不同浓度的基因重组人源超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)对小鼠的抗辐射功能的影响。方法小鼠经口灌胃给药,剂量分别为1500U/Kg,6000U/Kg,24000U/Kg;另设生理盐水组。各组动物每天固定时间给药1次,连续给药1周。末次给药1h后,用深部X线治疗机对小鼠进行全身照射,剂量为1.0Gy。照射后24h,通过检测各组小鼠骨髓细胞的微核率和染色体畸变率探讨CuZn-SOD的防护作用。结果与生理盐水组相比,三种不同浓度的超氧化物歧化酶均使小鼠的骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率及骨髓细胞染色体畸变率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论基因重组人源超氧化物歧化酶CuZn-SOD具有抗辐射作用。
Objective To discuss the antiradiation effect of the different concentrations human recombinant eopper,zine superoxide dismutasc on the irradiated mice. Methods The mice were administrated 1 500 U/Kg,6 000 U/Kg,24 000 U/Kg SOD,respectively, by intragastrie administration. Normal saline was control group. The mice each group were administered SOD one time a day for one week. And 1 h after administration of SOD at the last time, total body irradiation of the mice were performed with the dose of 1.0 Gy irradiation.24 h after irradiation,the micronucleus (MINT) test and chromosome aberration (CA) test were performed to evaluate anfiradiation functions of SOD. Results There were significant differences between the SOD groups and the normal saline group at the mieronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion human recombinant copper, zine superoxied dismutase. CuZn-SOD has an antiradiation effect.
