脂质代谢紊乱患者血清OXLDL与胆红素的临床应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的测定脂质代谢紊乱性相关疾病患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(OXLDL)与TBIL水平,探讨其临床应用价值。方法用日立7600-020全自动生化分析仪检测42例冠心病患者,40例肾病综合征患者,38例T2DM患者,34例T2DM合并冠心病患者以及50例健康对照人群血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及总胆红素水平等指标,同时用ELISA法检测所有研究对象血清OXLDL浓度。结果冠心病患者组、肾病综合征患者组、T2DM合并冠心病患者组0XLDL水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且OXLDL水平与TC、TG、LDL成正相关,与TBIL、HDL成负相关;单纯T2DM组OXLDL、TBIL与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血清OXLDL和TBIL与脂质代谢紊乱患者动脉粥样硬化发病相关联,检测血清OXLDL与TBIL水平有助于动脉粥样硬化的早期诊断。 Objective To study the clinical application value of oxidation low ddensity lipoprotein and TBIL in serum of patien with disorder of lipid metabolism. Methods The cases were devided into five groups: the group of comory heart disease(CHD) (42examples), the group of nephritic syndrome(NS) (40examples), the group of type 2 diabetic without CHD(38examples), the group of type 2 diabetic with CHD(34examples),and the group of health control(50examples). The levels of serum lipids and TBIL were measured in all cases by Hitachi 7600-020 auto analyzer,and use ELISA method determinating the concentration of oxidation low density lipoprotein(OXLDL). Results The level of OXLDL in the groups of coronary heart diseas, nephritic syndrome and type 2 diabetic with CHD were higher than that in control group( P 〈 0.05), and OXLDL level was positive conelation with TC, TG, LDL, while OXLDL level was negative con'elation with TBIL, HDL level. There was no significant difference with OXLDL, TBIL between the group of type 2 diabetic without CHD and control group( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of OXLDL and TBIL were related to occurrence of atherosclerosis in patients with disorder of lipid metabolism, and they may be considered as a reliable and early indicator for the diagnosis and treatment of atheroscleresis.
