多抗性玉米自交系丹3130的选育及在生产上的应用

丹3130是1993年选育成的抗病、高配合力的玉米自交系。多年试验结果表明,丹3130具有单产较高、抗玉米大斑病、小斑病、青枯病、灰斑病、拟眼斑病、丝黑穗病及纹枯病,配合力高,生育期适中等特点。丹3130与丹341、丹340、三团-9、丹T138、辽6802等组配的杂交种丹玉30、丹玉46、丹玉47、丹玉68、辽单127等,已在全国范围内大面积推广应用,这些杂交种具有高产、抗病性强、活秆成熟的特点,是当代抗病育种成功的典范。

＇Dan3130＇ is a disease-resistant and high combining ability maize inbred line bred in 1993. ＇Dan3130＇ has the characters of high yield, matured moderate, resistant to Exserohilum turcicum, Bipolaris maydis, corn stalk rot, Cercospora zeaemaydis, Curvularia lunata, Sphacelotheca reiliana, Rhizoctonia solani and so on. ＇Danyu30＇, ＇Danyu46＇, ＇Danyu47＇, ＇Danyu68＇ and ＇Liaodan127＇, which are maize hybrids crossed with ＇Dan3130＇ and ＇Dan341＇, ＇Dan340＇, ＇Santuan9＇, ＇Dan T138＇ and ＇Liao6802＇, have the characters of high yield, resistance to diseases and matured with stalk alive. It has been applied for large area in China. The breeding of ＇Dan3130＇ is a model to the disease-resistant maize breeding in china.
