摘要
对超超临界蒸汽轮机中压级转子冷却流动进行了非定常数值计算,在一个周期内取10个物理时间步,分别取出t/T=0.0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8,5个典型的计算位置点进行比较分析。计算结果表明,动、静叶相对位置的变化将引起动叶根部及吸力面温度场随时间发生相应的改变,并且温度变化的主要区域在动叶根部附近。
The unsteady numerical calculation was carried out on the cooling flow of the ultra - supercritical turbine medium pressure rotor in the present paper. Ten physical time step were chosen in one period, and five typical calculating points, t/T = 0.0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8, were calculated and comparatively analyzed. The calculation results showed that the temperature field of the rotor blade root and the blade suction surface would be changed with the relative position of the rotor blade and the stator blade was changed, and the main area at where the temperature changed was near the root of the rotor blade.
