本文研究了排油圈法对生物表面活性剂定量时的影响因素。水样、用水量和加入的正十二烷的量对排油圈直径影响不大,但不同厂家的正十二烷的使用效果明显不同。并提出了测定方法的建议。

This paper studied influencing factors of quantitative analysis of biosurfactant by oil spreading method. Water source, water amount and n-dodecane amount did net affect greatly the oil expulsion circle size. But n-dodecane from different manufacturers had different application effects. A protocols quantitative analysis of biosurfactant by oil spreading method was proposed.
