摘要
以KHSO4.H2O为催化剂,在微波辐射条件下,柠檬酸与正丁醇酯化合成柠檬酸三丁酯进行了研究。考察了微波辐射(功率700W)占空周期、催化剂KHSO4用量和醇酸摩尔比对柠檬酸三丁酯转化率的影响。实验结果表明:微波辐射醇酸摩尔比4:1,催化剂的反应物总质量的1.5%(质量百分比),反应时间25min,酯化率可达94.54%。
The paper reported a novel method for synthesis of tributyl citrate. Potassium bisulfate was applicared as a catalyst for the whole synthesis procedure. Tributyl citrate is synthesized from citric acid and n - butanol. The optimal conditions are shown as follows: molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 4: 1, mass ratio of catalyst isl.5%.Under the optimal conditions, the yield of diethyl oxalate is high and efficient and the whole process is simple.
