摘要
年产3500(t27.5%)H2O2生产装置中的萃取塔通过优化改造,不但生产状况有所改善,产品浓度也由27.5%提高到35%,其产量更是达到了7000t.a-(127.5%),效果十分显著。
The output of hydrogen peroxide has been dramatically increased after the optimized redesign of extraction column in process units. The output has been amounted to 7000t per year, which is doubled the original producing capcacity （3500t· a^-1）. Meanwhile, the concentration of product has also been increased from 27.5% to 35%.The effect of redesign is quite impressive.
