摘要
在构建区域供水系统绩效评价指标体系的基础上,结合改进的模糊灰关联分析与数据包络分析模型,建立了综合评价模型,对不同发展时期的区域供水系统进行绩效评价研究,并结合实证分析结果,建议加强区域供水系统的建设力度,以提高区域供水系统的供水效率,缓解区域用水危机。
Based on the establishment of the regional water supply performance evaluation index system,a comprehensive evaluation model was established to evaluate the performance of the regional water supply system at different periods combined with the improved fuzzy gray correlation analysis and the data envelopment analysis.According to the results of empirical analysis,it is suggested that the regional water supply system should be strengthened so as to improve its supply efficiency and relieve the regional water use crisis.
