摘要
作者采用荧光法,动态观察了冷冻前后10个不同时期大鼠血清丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,简称MDA)浓度变化.研究结果表明,脂质过氧化反应参与了冷冻损伤及损伤后修复的全过程。
The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between cryosurgery and oxygen free radicals.60 Wistar rats were divided randomly into 10 groups.Rats of 9 groups were treated with cryosurgery to the angle mucosa of mouth for 30 seconds,the rest group was taken as control.Blood of the animals in different periods were taken for determining the concentration of serum malondialdehyde (MDA) with fluorimetry.The results show that the higher levels of serum MDA are found after cryosurgery.The two peak values are at 4th and 7th week.The lipid peroxidation have taken part in the all cryosurgery process including cryothreapy and restoration.The all changes of serunm MDA are keeping with the clinic process.
