摘要
目的:观察纤维粘连蛋白(FN)在人第三恒磨牙的成牙本质细胞层及其附近的表达.方法:免疫组化染色.结果:在无龋的恒牙,FN在成牙本质细胞与前期牙本质界面的染色较强,阳染于成牙本质细胞间及突起.在人浅、中龋的恒牙,当尚未出现明显继发性牙本质时,成牙本质细胞层及前期牙本质的FN阳染增强.结论:FN在维持成牙本质细胞功能。
Aim: Fibronectin was observed in or beside the odontoblast layer in human permanent third molars.Method:Using immunohistochemistry staining.Results:In the human normal permanent third molars,intense reaction was observed at the border zone between the distal end of the odontolasts and predentine,staining was seen along the odontolast processes,between the odontoblasts.In shallow,middle carious permanent molars.There was more intense staining in odontoblast layer or predentine when no reparative dentine was observed.Conclusions:Fibronectin plays important role in maintaining the odontoblast function and regulating the tissue repair.
