摘要
根据加工误差等分原理,提出了数字化精度判断公式,并分析了计算机用数字化精度判断公式、C++语言、计算程序计算的最小插补点数能保证加工精度;用数学归纳法总结实例的加工程序得出参数化加工源程序框架,进一步用V isual Basic6.0和机床编程语言设计出齿轮CAD/CAM参数化加工软件。该软件具有虚拟制造齿形设计、加工仿真、生成并保存G代码、网上异地修改程序、与数控机床远程通信等功能。普通用户使用该软件在大型普通的数控铣床加工齿轮可减少编程时间,提高加工精度、生产率和良品率。
In accordance to principle of the error- equipartition, the formula of judgment of digitalization - precision is put forward , and by it analyze that the least number of interpolation - points could certify the process-precision which is calculated by the computer with the formula and the C + + programming language and the computer program. The work - piece program of the example of big gear is summed up with math- induction, and the software is designed triumphantly with Visual Basic6.0 and the programming language of CNC milling machine. It can draw the figure of the gear profile, simulate the processing, transform the program into G -code and save it, and communicate with NC machine tool in VM, and so on. The consumers used it for decreasing program time and improving productivity and quality and process precision.
