摘要
设计的切管机是将管材经2个主动托辊带动旋转,并带动圆盘刀与其对滚施加线性压力,使管壁永久变形、分离,从而实现快速切管作业。结合实践探讨了转速设定、刀具进给方式及结构问题,完成了一种节能、环保、适用范围宽,特别是适合于大口径管材切割的切管机设计。
This practice designs the pipe cutter is taking the initiative by the two roller driven rotary and promote positioning disc knife in the wall on the roller linear imposed pressure, so that the wall permanent deformation, separation, to achieve rapid cutting of operations. Simultaneously, this practice unified the practice to discuss the rotational speed hypothesis, the cutting tool to feed way and the structure question, completed one kind of energy conservation, the environmental protection, the applicable scope to be wide, specially suited in the heavy -caliber tubing cutting pipe cutter design.
