摘要 基于磁流变阻尼器阻尼力的理论力学模型设计出磁流变阻尼器阻尼力的控制系统,研究阻尼力与控制电流及速度之间的规律关系,为阻尼器的半主动控制提供精确的实验依据。该控制系统是将装在磁流变阻尼器实验系统中的传感器采集到的阻尼器运动信息,经过模拟信号处理传送到微处理器中做出运算控制处理,并将处理后的信号转变为电流控制器的反馈电流,阻尼器内部的磁场立即发生变化从而产生阻尼力,控制运动速度和精确定位。 Base on the theory of mechanics model of the MR damper damp power to design a control system of the MR damper damp power, to study the relationship among damp,control current and speed, also supply accurate experiment data for the damper semi - active control. This system is to use the sensors which are installed in the MR damper experiment system to collect the damper movement information and the information is dealed with analog signals and then transmitted to microprocessor to make operation an control disposal and change the worked information into current controller feedback current and then the magnetic field in damper begins to change quickly to bring damp power to control the speed of movement and to locate accurately.
