橡胶类大变形材料有限元模拟及材料参数的确定 被引量:3

摘要 基于Marc平台通过编写U.ELASTOMER用户子程序将文献[2]中所提出的应变能函数导入有限元程序中,对橡胶楔体与刚性缺口的接触问题进行了有限元分析和模拟。结果表明,橡胶楔体与刚性缺口的接触问题,不包含收缩区和扩张区,楔体尖端压入缺口的部分均匀散开,变形区为一均匀区,有限元分析所得到的结果与理论解析解拟合得较好,进一步证明了理论解析解的正确性。 Because there are various types of strain energy functions, a user subroutine is programmed to implement the strain energy function of Gaot21 into the program of MSC. Marc, it offers a convenient method to analyze the stress and strain of rubber - like material with the strain energy function that is needed. Nonlinear element analysis between rubber wedge and rigid notch is developed with MSC. Marc. Though analysis, it is found that the result with finite element is consistent with the analytical result which testifies that analyzing rubber like material with this method is reasonable and convenient.
