摘要
借助CFD软件,选用RSM分析模型,对螺旋式旋风分离器内部流场进行了模拟分析。结果显示,该分离器内部流场比较稳定,具有各向异性特点,排除了传统分离器的短路、返混及上灰环现象,但局部仍存在低强度涡流。
Depending on the CFD software and selecting RSM analysis model, the flow distribution in spiral cyclone separator has been simulated. As the result: the new model separator has a stable fluently and aeolotropism characteristic, it has removed the short circuit, back - mixing and upper dust - ring phenomenon which is in tradition separator, but there is a low intensity eddy.
