用于煤矿井下灾后环境探测与救援工作的煤矿机器人必须进行防爆设计,在分析国内外煤矿机器人及其防爆设计现状的基础上,介绍了用于灾后煤矿井下环境探测的履带式煤矿救灾机器人的结构,重点探讨隔爆壳体的设计与加工,可为煤矿机器人的防爆设计提供参考。
The explosion - proof design for coal mine robots that is used to explore environment and rescue after coal mine disaster must be adopted. Based on an analysis on the explosion - proof design of coal mine robots at home and abroad, the structure of the track - type coal mine rescue robot for detecting the mine environment after mine disaster is introduced, the design and manufacture of the flameproof enclosure are discussed mainly.
