摘要
分析了低频轴向振动钻削的变速切削特点,发现其断续切削能大大修正入钻定位误差,同时论述了振动变速切削减振的能量化原理,揭示了振动钻削变速减振特性的本质。
After analysing characters of the speed change which found intermittent cutting greatly modification the cutting of the low - frequency to vibrating drill, drilling orientation error and addresses the energy theory of the vibration speed change to the drill cutting damping, which reveals the essence of characteristics of the speed change cutting vibration of the vibrating drill.
