虚拟闪变仪的设计与实现

摘要 电压波动和闪变是评定电能质量的重要指标之一。反映在稳态运行的工况下,波动性负荷能引起供电系统的电压波动。电压波动可能危害电气设备并引起照明闪变,所以闪变仪就必须以连续电压测量为基础,并且能够持续、直接地反映出闪烁情况。设计的数字式闪变仪主要分为IEC闪变仪原理、数字式闪变仪实现的理论基础和程序设计3部分。 The electric voltage fluctuation and flicker is one of the important standard to assess power quantifies. It reflects that the fluctuating load can result voltage fluctuation of power supply system when working steadily. The voltage fluctuation may endanger the electricity equipments and cause the lighting flicker. The flickermeter must be based on continuous voltage measurement, and can continuously, directly reflect the circumstance of the flicker. The purpose is to design the numeric flickermeter, it can be divided into three segments. The IEC' s principle of flickermeter, the theory foundation of numeric flickermeter and the program design.
