摘要
介绍了应用基于特征的造型软件Pro/E实现齿轮机构特征造型、虚拟装配及运动仿真的原理与方法。在齿轮机构特征分析基础上进行造型,并提出了在Pro/E环境下利用Relation关系式建立齿轮模型的方法,阐述了在Assembly模式中进行齿轮减速器装配与仿真的原理和操作方法,并对仿真结果进行了检验。
The theory and method are introduced by applying the feature -based modeling software Pro/E to realize the gear mechanism feature modeling, virtual assembly and motion simulation. Based on the analysis of gear mechanism's structural feature, the modeling is carried on, and the method of using the Relation relationship to establish gear model in the Pro/E environment is introduced. The gear reducer assembly and simulation theory and operating procedure in the assembly mode are elaborated, and the simulated results are tested.
