摘要
在研究灰色关联分析基本理论与方法基础上,根据灰色关联分析的基本思想,提出了一种改进的灰色关联度量化模型,并将其应用于机械故障诊断中。该模型采用空间向量夹角的余弦衡量比较序列之间的局部相似性,而以局部相似性的均值作为比较序列的整体相似性的度量。通过实例验证,该模型对已有的关联度模型有较大改进,能有效地进行故障识别,且计算简单、计算量小。
On the base of the theory and method of grey relationship analysis and according to the principle of grey relationship degree analysis, a new modified quantitative model is presented and applied to mechanical faults diagnosis. In this model, the holistic similarity among the curves of compared sequences is disassembled to several local similarities of corresponding segments of the sequences and expressed by the average of these local similarities. For local similarity of corresponding segments, it is calculated by the formula of the cosine of vector angle. It is verified by practicing that the model can make the result of faults diagnosis more accuracy than other models and has the characteristics of simplicity, low computation.
