摘要
建立计算给定流量条件下幂律流体在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中非定常流压力梯度的数学模型及其数值计算方法,对视为幂律流体的质量分数为0.05%的HPAM水溶液在内管做轴向往复运动的偏心环空中的非定常流进行实验研究.结果表明,数值计算得到的压力梯度与实验测得的压力梯度吻合较好,可认为所建立的数学模型和提出的数值计算方法正确.
A mathematical model and a numerical method for calculation of the pressure gradient of unsteady flow of power-law fluid in eccentric annulus with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially under a given flow rate are established and presented respectively.An experimental research on the unsteady flow of HPAM aqueous solution,the mass fraction of which is 0.05%,in eccentric annulus with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially is cinducted.The result shows that the numerically calculated pressure gradients coincide well with those experimentally measured,so that the established mathematical model and the presented numerical method are testified to be correct.
