高分子型牵引剂对纳米蒙脫土与聚丙烯复合材料性能的影响

摘要 采用自行合成的高分子型牵引剂,对天然蒙脱土进行表面改性;以普通均聚聚丙烯注塑料为基础树脂,改性蒙脱土为添加剂,利用滤网寿命实验,研究蒙脱土的表面处理和高分子型牵引剂对纳米蒙脫土与聚丙烯复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,采用该方法可以方便地评价牵引剂的作用效果及纳米蒙脫土在聚丙烯基体中的分散效果;高分子型牵引剂能大幅度提高聚丙烯复合材料力学性能.电镜表征结果表明纳米蒙脫土与聚丙烯复合材料中的蒙脱土呈片层分散. The surface of montmorillonite was modified with high molecular weight tractive agent synthesized by myself.Ordinary polypropylene as basic resin,montmorillonite as modifier,influences to montmorillonite surface treatment using mesh life test method and modified influence to polypropylene have been studied.The results show that it is convenient to appraise the effect of tractive agent and dispersing agent and dispersible effect in polypropylene;the high molecular weight tractive agent upgraded strength mechanics properties greatly.SEM results indicate that montmorillonite in the polypropylene is dispersed in pieces.
