黑龙江省区域高等教育与经济发展的互动关系

Interactive relationship between regional higher education and regional economic development in Heilongjiang

利用主成分分析法,分析黑龙江省区域高等教育和经济发展水平的影响因子,得出黑龙江省主要城市区域经济和高等教育综合评估排序,得到二者的相关性和因果关系.结果表明,黑龙江省区域高等教育与经济发展的斯皮尔曼相关因数达到0.418,二者之间存在着正相关关系和互为因果关系.

The paper analyzes the factors impacting on the development of higher education and regional economy in Heilongjiang Province by using the method of principal component analysis,and then gives the comprehensive assessment order of regional economy and higher education in major cities.Based on this,it also analyzes their correlation and causal relation.The results show that the Spearman correlation coefficient reaches 0.418 between higher education and regional economic development,furthermore,they exist in positive correlation and reciprocal causation.
