Determination of Solvent Residue in Cefoperazone Sodium for Injection by Gas Chromatography

建立了头孢哌酮粉针剂中残留溶媒异丙醇的测定方法。用无水乙醇提取样品，以正丙醇为内标物，用ＧＤＸ－１０２填充柱分离。异丙醇浓度范围在３．１９×１０－４～１．２８×１０－３ｇ／ｍｌ存在较好的线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９８，方法回收率９４．４％。

This paper describes a method for determination of solvent residue in cefoperazone sodium for injection. Propanol was used as internal standard. The analysis was performed on GDX102 column. Over the concentration range from 3.19×10-4 to 1.28×10-3 g/ml of 2propanol, the calibration curve was liner with regression equation Y=1115.25X+0.006178(r=0.9998). The average recovery was 94.4%.
